Advantage
BN (boron nitride) is a ceramic with excellent lubricity, high thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance, low thermal expansion, and chemical stability. It has many similarities with graphite and is also called white graphite.
On the other hand, it is a ceramic that has high electrical insulation properties despite graphite being dielectric.
They are used for glass manufacturing jigs, metal melting crucibles, injection nozzles, electrical insulation parts, and semiconductor manufacturing components.
